Ingredients
  

For the chicken

  • 1 whole whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 beaten beaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

For seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

For frying

  • as needed vegetable oil for frying Ensure oil is hot enough for frying.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the beaten eggs and milk.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then coat it with the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.

Cooking

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the chicken pieces for about 12-15 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

Notes
