Preparation

- Arrange the sliced sweet potatoes evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

- Stir in brown sugar, orange juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until the mixture is smooth and sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the syrup mixture evenly over the sweet potatoes, making sure all slices are coated.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
