Serve with a fresh green salad tossed in a light vinaigrette or buttery corn on the cob. Consider adding a dollop of zesty hot sauce or fresh herbs on top for extra flavor. Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze for up to a month.
