Baking
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, then gently roll each ball in the colored sugar or sprinkles.
- Place cookies on ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden but centers are soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
