Preparation
- Melt milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into cupcake liners and let it set.
- In a separate bowl, combine caramel bits and water and heat until melted.
- Add chopped peanuts to the caramel mixture and mix well.
- Pour the caramel-peanut mixture over the chocolate layer in the cups.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar together.
- Spread a layer of the peanut butter mixture over the caramel layer.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate on top to seal the cups.
- Refrigerate until set, then enjoy your homemade Snickers Cups!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Can freeze for longer storage. Let thaw in the fridge or at room temperature before serving.
