Ingredients
  

Chocolate Layer
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
Caramel Mixture
  • 1 cup caramel bits Can be substituted with homemade caramel sauce.
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts Experiment with different nuts for a twist.
Peanut Butter Layer
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter Natural peanut butter can be used for a healthier option.
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  2. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into cupcake liners and let it set.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine caramel bits and water and heat until melted.
  4. Add chopped peanuts to the caramel mixture and mix well.
  5. Pour the caramel-peanut mixture over the chocolate layer in the cups.
  6. In another bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar together.
  7. Spread a layer of the peanut butter mixture over the caramel layer.
  8. Pour the remaining melted chocolate on top to seal the cups.
  9. Refrigerate until set, then enjoy your homemade Snickers Cups!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Can freeze for longer storage. Let thaw in the fridge or at room temperature before serving.
