Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar

For the cheesecake filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

For the topping

  • 2-3 pieces Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (optional) For extra texture

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar together. Press this mixture into the bottom of each jar to form a crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract while beating until soft peaks form. Stir in the sour cream until well mixed.

Assembly

  • Spoon the cheesecake filling into the jars over the crust. Layer the chopped Snickers bars on top of the cheesecake filling. Drizzle with caramel sauce and add crushed peanuts if desired.

Chilling

  • Place the jars in the fridge for at least 4 hours to let them set.

Serving

  • Once chilled, your Snickers Cheesecake Jars are ready to enjoy! Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

Store leftover jars in the refrigerator with lids on for up to 3 days. Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling. You can use a mix of milk and dark chocolate Snickers for richer flavor.
