  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
S'mores Filling Ingredients
  • 12 pieces graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips.
Assembling Cookies
  1. Take a small amount of cookie dough, flatten it in your hand, and place a few pieces of graham crackers and mini marshmallows in the center.
  2. Fold the dough around the filling to shape it into a ball, ensuring all filling is enclosed.
Baking
  1. Place the stuffed cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
