Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- On the widest end of each triangle, place one marshmallow, a square of chocolate, and some graham cracker pieces.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, sealing the edges around the filling.
- Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the marshmallows are melted inside.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Freeze unbaked rolls for future use.
