Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Mix-Ins

  • 3/4 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chunks or Chips
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows or Marshmallow Bits

Optional Toppings

  • Extra marshmallows and chocolate for topping Optional

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  • Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Fold in crushed graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows.
  • Optional: Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.

Baking

  • Scoop onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 9–11 minutes.
  • Cool for 5 minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

To enhance the serving experience, pair with vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for three months.
