Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and remaining melted butter until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Pour the batter over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let the bars cool before cutting them into squares.
