Ingredients
  

Cookie Crust

  • 1 pack premade cookie dough or 2 packs if doubling the recipe
  • 1 cup graham crackers crushed

Cheesecake Layer

  • 1 pack premade cheesecake filling store-bought or homemade

Toppings

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows or regular marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips more can be added if desired

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by crushing the graham crackers and mixing them into half of your premade cookie dough.
  • Press this mixture into a greased cake pan.

Baking

  • Follow the cookie dough package instructions and bake at 350°F for about 12-15 minutes.
  • Let it cool slightly.

Assembling

  • Spread the premade cheesecake filling over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and cover everything with mini marshmallows.

Toasting

  • Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows or place it under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, monitoring closely.

Serving

  • Slice the cake into generous pieces and serve on a plate.
  • Enjoy it with a scoop of ice cream if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Let it sit at room temperature before serving warm. You can switch up the cheesecake filling flavor or use regular marshmallows instead of mini ones.
