Strawberry Banana Smoothie Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, sliced Frozen strawberries enhance texture.
  • 2 fresh bananas, sliced Can substitute with frozen if needed.
  • 1 cup strawberry banana yogurt Use flavored yogurt for extra taste.
  • 2/3 cup whole milk Or use any dairy-free alternative.

Banana Peach Smoothie Ingredients

  • 2 fresh bananas Fresh bananas for sweetness.
  • 2 cups frozen peaches Adds a fruity flavor.
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain or flavored Plain yogurt for a neutral base.
