Preparation
- Preheat your smoker or grill to 250°F (120°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped jalapeños, and softened cream cheese.
- Mix the ingredients together until they’re well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, aiming for about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
Cooking
- Place the meatballs on the smoker or grill and cook for about 1 hour, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Once done, serve them hot and enjoy every flavorful bite!
Notes
To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for 2–3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating in the oven.
