  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken) Feel free to experiment with different types of meat.
  • 2-3 pieces jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for milder heat) For extra heat, leave the seeds in or add diced serrano peppers.
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Can substitute with flavored cheese like cheddar or pepper jack.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped jalapeños, and softened cream cheese.
  3. Mix the ingredients together until they’re well incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, aiming for about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
Cooking
  1. Place the meatballs on the smoker or grill and cook for about 1 hour, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  2. Once done, serve them hot and enjoy every flavorful bite!

Notes

To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for 2–3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating in the oven.
