Preparation
  1. Layer the thinly sliced potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the garlic powder, pepper, and Lipton Onion Soup mix over the potato slices.
  3. Gently stir everything together to ensure the potatoes are well-coated in the seasoning.
  4. Cover the slow cooker with its lid.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and cooked through.

Notes
