  • 1 bell pepper sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced flank steak with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan, cooking until they are tender.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, and simmer for a few minutes until the steak is cooked through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
