- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced flank steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, stirring well to combine.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the steak is cooked through.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For a complete meal, serve over a bed of fluffy white rice or noodles, and add a side of steamed broccoli or salad. For extra flavor, drizzle with spicy chili sauce or sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
