  • 3.5 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5 ounces pepperoni minis
  • 14 ounces jarred pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil, optional
  • French bread, bread sticks, naan bread or fresh veggies for dipping

Pizza Rolls Ingredients

  • 8 count soft taco-size flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 6 ounces full-size sliced pepperoni
  • 8 count string cheese, room temperature
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

Casserole with Biscuits Ingredients

  • 16.3 ounces Grands! Southern Homestyle Biscuits
  • 2.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 5 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes, optional
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Pull-apart Pizza Bread Ingredients

  • 24 ounces flaky biscuit dough
  • 16 ounces whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni

Sliders Ingredients

  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 20 slices deli-style dry-cured pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup salted sweet cream butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

Crockpot Dip

  • Combine cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepperoni minis, and pizza sauce in a crockpot.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until melted and creamy.
  • Serve with choice of dipping bread or veggies.

Pizza Rolls

  • Spread pizza sauce on each tortilla.
  • Layer with pepperoni and string cheese.
  • Roll tightly, brush with olive oil, and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden.

Casserole with Biscuits

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Layer biscuits in a baking dish, top with pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are cooked through.

Pull-apart Pizza Bread

  • Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  • Dip biscuit pieces in the mixture and place in a baking dish.
  • Add mozzarella and pepperoni.
  • Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until cheese is melted.

Sliders

  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half, layer with mozzarella, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and remaining mozzarella.
  • Brush tops with melted butter, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, consider freezing the baked pizzas. Reheat in the oven for best results, allowing the cheese to melt beautifully.
