  • 5 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup yellow onions, chopped
  • 3 cups cabbage, cut in thin strips
  • 10-12 pieces shrimp, tail off & deveined
  • 1 link kielbasa or smoked sausage, cut 1/2 in
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp seafood seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the cabbage and cook until it begins to soften.
  4. Push the cabbage mixture to one side and add the shrimp and sausage to the pan.
  5. Season everything with seafood seasoning, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  6. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, stirring everything together before serving.
