  • 4 pieces pork chops
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, toss the baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until coated. Spread them out in a single layer.
  3. Place the pork chops on the sheet pan with the potatoes. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, add the green beans to the sheet pan, tossing them with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Return to the oven and roast for another 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy your all-in-one meal!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and herbs for a few hours before cooking. Ensure the best texture by avoiding overcrowding the pan. You can substitute different vegetables for variety. Check the internal temperature of the pork chops to reach 145°F for safe eating.
