- Combine the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in a large bowl.
- Melt the mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and glossy.
- Gently fold in the miniature marshmallows and dry roasted cocktail peanuts until evenly mixed.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan, smoothing out with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator until fully set, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
To keep the candy fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It lasts up to two weeks or can be frozen for up to two months. For variations, substitute ingredients like almond slices, crushed graham crackers, or different chocolate types.
