  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Essential seasoning.

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese To sprinkle before serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, removing any yellow leaves and cutting them in half.
  • In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
  • Check for that golden-brown color and caramelization.
  • If desired, drizzle a little extra balsamic vinegar over them just before serving.

Serving

  • Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy while warm.

Notes

To ensure crispy Brussels sprouts, avoid overcrowding on the baking sheet. Adjust the acidity by substituting balsamic vinegar with apple cider vinegar if desired. They can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to three days.
