  • 7 oz Marshmallow Crème
  • 24 oz Chocolate Almond Bark
  • 1 cup Graham Crackers, crushed
  • Marshmallow Bits As desired for topping
  • Mini Chocolate Chips As desired for topping

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lay out half of the Ritz Crackers on a baking sheet.
  • Spread a layer of Marshmallow Crème on each cracker.
  • Melt the Chocolate Almond Bark according to package instructions.
  • Pour or spread the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer.
  • Top with crushed Graham Crackers, Marshmallow Bits, and Mini Chocolate Chips as desired.
  • Place the remaining Ritz Crackers on top to create a sandwich.
  • Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until the chocolate is melted.
  • Let cool before serving.

Notes

Serve cookies warm or at room temperature. Perfect for snacks or dessert. Store in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days or freeze for up to a month. Use parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
