Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the pre-made pie crust into a pie dish.
  • Pour the ricotta and spinach mixture into the pie crust.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden.
  • Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a complete meal, serve with a refreshing tomato salad or a light mixed greens salad. You can also pair it with a cup of soup. Elevate the dish with a dollop of sour cream or fresh herbs.
