Ingredients
  

For the salad

  • 1 box Pistachio pudding Use instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup Crushed pineapple Include juice
  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Maraschino cherries Drained and chopped
  • 1 container Cool Whip Or any non-dairy whipped topping for a dairy-free version
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts Can substitute with other nuts

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, prepare the pistachio pudding according to package instructions.
  • Fold in the crushed pineapple (with juice), mini marshmallows, maraschino cherries, and Cool Whip until well combined.
  • Gently stir in the chopped pecans or walnuts.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve chilled for a refreshing dessert.

Notes

This salad is best enjoyed cold. Garnish with extra maraschino cherries or a sprinkle of chopped nuts on top. Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
