Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into a pie pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom and up the sides to form the crust.
- Place the pie crust in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set while you prepare the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, crunchy peanut butter, and salted butter. Mix until well blended and creamy.
Assembly
- Pour the peanut butter filling into the chilled pie crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- If you wish, drizzle some additional melted chocolate on top for added flair and sweetness.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let it set properly.
Notes
Serve slices topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream and consider adding a drizzle of chocolate syrup or a sprinkle of crushed peanuts for extra flavor.
