Ingredients

For the Chocolate Crust
  • 2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate chips for a richer flavor
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil To achieve a smooth chocolate texture
For the Peanut Butter Filling
  • 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs For that perfect crust
  • 1 1/4 cups crunchy peanut butter Or creamy, if preferred
  • 1/2 cup salted sweet cream butter Let it soften at room temperature for a creamier filling

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into a pie pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom and up the sides to form the crust.
  4. Place the pie crust in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set while you prepare the filling.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, crunchy peanut butter, and salted butter. Mix until well blended and creamy.
Assembly
  1. Pour the peanut butter filling into the chilled pie crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  2. If you wish, drizzle some additional melted chocolate on top for added flair and sweetness.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let it set properly.

Notes

Serve slices topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream and consider adding a drizzle of chocolate syrup or a sprinkle of crushed peanuts for extra flavor.
