  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Consider using flavored Greek yogurt for an extra burst of taste.
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional) Skip if fruits are sweet enough.
  • 1 cup granola Store separately to maintain texture.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional) Add for a zesty kick.
  • a few mint leaves, chopped (optional) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix yogurt with honey and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon zest if desired for flavor.
  3. Dice the mango and rinse the raspberries.
  4. Set aside the granola and garnishing ingredients.
Assembly
  1. In a clear glass, layer the yogurt, diced mango, raspberries, and granola.
  2. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, ensuring a vibrant display.
  3. Top with a spoonful of yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, and optionally some chopped mint leaves or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Best served fresh; layer granola just before serving to maintain texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Freezing is not recommended.
