  • a few Mint Leaves, chopped (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your tools and ingredients.
  2. Mix the yogurt with honey and vanilla extract, adding lemon zest if desired.
  3. Dice the mango and rinse the raspberries. Set aside the granola and any garnishes.
Assembly
  1. In a glass or bowl, layer the yogurt, diced mango, fresh raspberries, and granola.
  2. Repeat the layers as needed, maintaining neat, defined layers.
  3. Top the parfait with a spoonful of yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, and chopped mint leaves or a drizzle of honey.
  4. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

To keep the parfait fresh, store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Do not freeze, as the yogurt's texture may change. Keep granola separate until serving to maintain its crunch. Experiment with different yogurt flavors or add chia seeds for extra nutrition.
