  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 large Ripe Mango, diced
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (optional) Add for sweetness, if desired.
  • 1 cup Granola
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest (optional) Add for a zesty kick.
  • A few Mint Leaves, chopped (optional) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract, adding lemon zest if desired.
  2. Dice the mango and rinse the raspberries, setting aside the granola and any garnishes for later.
Assembly
  1. In a glass or bowl, layer the yogurt, mango, raspberries, and granola.
  2. Repeat the layers as needed, ensuring neat, defined layers.
  3. Top with a spoonful of yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, and chopped mint leaves or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep granola separate until serving for maximum crunch. Consider different yogurt flavors or toppings for customization.
