  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries Use fresh ripe raspberries.
  • 1 large Ripe Mango, diced Ensure it's ripe for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt Use plain or flavored yogurt based on preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Optional, for sweetness.
  • 1 cup Granola Add just before serving to maintain crunch.
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest Optional, for added freshness.
  • A few Mint Leaves, chopped Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your tools and ingredients.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract. Add lemon zest if desired.
  3. Dice the mango and rinse the raspberries. Set aside granola and any garnishes.
  4. In a glass, layer yogurt, mango, raspberries, and granola. Repeat as necessary.
  5. Top with a spoonful of yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, and mint leaves or a drizzle of honey.
  6. Serve immediately or chill briefly before enjoying.

Notes

Store any leftover parfait in the refrigerator for up to two days. Keep granola separate to maintain crunch. Use in-season fruits for the best flavor.
