Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 cup Strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup Mango, optional and diced Use seasonal fruits for variety.
  • 1 cup Raspberries, optional

Yogurt

  • 2 cups Plain Greek yogurt For protein
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or vanilla extract For flavoring, optional.

Garnishes

  • 1 cup Nuts, optional For crunch, can use granola or mixed nuts.
  • to taste Honey For drizzling on top.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.
  • Hull the strawberries and slice them into quarters.
  • Peel and dice the kiwi into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cut the pineapple into small chunks.
  • If using, peel and dice the mango.
  • Combine all fruits in a large bowl.

Make the Yogurt Layer

  • In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or vanilla extract for flavor if desired.
  • For added crunch, stir in some granola or nuts to this mixture.

Assemble the Salad

  • In serving bowls or a clear glass trifle dish, layer the fruits and yogurt.
  • Start with a generous layer of fruit, followed by a dollop of yogurt. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Garnish and Chill

  • Top the salad with a sprinkle of nuts or a drizzle of honey.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors combine.
