Ingredients
  

Cookie Mixture

  • 17.5 oz snickerdoodle cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup salted butter Make sure it is softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup granulated white sugar

JELLO Flavors

  • 3 tbsp red gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp blue gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp green gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp yellow gelatin powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the salted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the egg.
  • Gradually add the snickerdoodle cookie mix and mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the gelatin powders until the dough is evenly colored.
  • Scoop small portions of the dough and roll them into balls.
  • Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

These cookies can be served warm or at room temperature. They are perfect for parties, picnics, or fun snacks at home. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
