Ingredients
  

Coffee Mixture

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee Use your favorite instant coffee brand.
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar Adjust sweetness as desired.
  • 2 tablespoons hot water Boil and cool slightly before mixing.

Pumpkin Flavoring

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree Canned or homemade works well.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Or adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Base

  • 1 cup milk of choice Dairy or dairy-free alternatives can be used.
  • Ice (optional) For serving.

Preparation

  • Chill your mixing bowl and beaters if using a hand mixer.
  • In the bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  • Whip until stiff peaks form, about 2 to 5 minutes.
  • Fold in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Serving

  • Fill a glass with ice, if desired, and pour in the milk.
  • Spoon the pumpkin whipped coffee over the milk.
  • Sprinkle extra pumpkin spice on top if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, serve fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days and stirred before serving. Reheating in the microwave may affect texture; freezing is not recommended.
