- Start by placing the white chocolate chips (and coconut oil, if using) in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave the bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the puffcorn in a large mixing bowl and stir gently until the puffcorn is evenly coated.
- Spread the coated puffcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- While the chocolate is still wet, generously sprinkle festive sprinkles over the top.
- Allow everything to set for about 30 minutes, letting the chocolate harden.
- Once set, break into pieces and enjoy your homemade Puffcorn Christmas Munch!
Notes
Store the Puffcorn Christmas Munch in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. It can also be frozen; remember to use a freezer-safe container.
