  • 1 bag (8–10 oz) butter-flavored puffcorn
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips or almond bark Feel free to swap almond bark for white chocolate chips.
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil Optional for smoother melting.
  • Festive sprinkles

Preparation
  1. Start by placing the white chocolate chips (and coconut oil, if using) in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave the bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the puffcorn in a large mixing bowl and stir gently until the puffcorn is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated puffcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. While the chocolate is still wet, generously sprinkle festive sprinkles over the top.
  6. Allow everything to set for about 30 minutes, letting the chocolate harden.
  7. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy your homemade Puffcorn Christmas Munch!

Notes

Store the Puffcorn Christmas Munch in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. It can also be frozen; remember to use a freezer-safe container.
