  • 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes Use cold Brie for easier cutting.
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce or jam Feel free to experiment with different flavors.
  • 1 each egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional Toppings

  • chopped pecans or rosemary Optional for added flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares and place each square into a mini muffin tin.
  • Add a cube of Brie and a small spoonful of cranberry sauce to each pastry square.
  • Brush the edges with the beaten egg, and top with chopped pecans or rosemary if desired.

Baking

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the bites are golden and puffed.
  • Serve warm for the best flavor.

Notes

To store leftover Puff Pastry Brie Bites, place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for about 5-10 minutes until warm. For longer storage, consider freezing them before baking.
