Preparation
- Add the eggs, oats, cottage cheese, and protein powder into a high-speed blender.
- Blend very well until smooth and no clumps remain.
- Heat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Cooking
- Once the waffle iron is hot, pour spoonfuls of the batter to cover the iron.
- Cook the waffle until crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the waffle iron and repeat with the remaining batter.
Serving
- Serve the waffles immediately with your favorite sweet or savory toppings.
Notes
To store, place leftover waffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze with parchment paper in between for longer storage. Reheat directly from the freezer or in the toaster.
