Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce, plus extra for dipping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni

Seasoning and Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Set aside.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using fingers or a rolling pin.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella, 2–3 pepperoni slices, and a small spoonful of marinara in the center of each circle.
  • Fold the dough around the filling, pinch to seal, and shape into a ball.

Baking

  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with the seasoned oil mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.

Notes

Make sure to seal each Pizza Bomb tightly to avoid any filling leaks during baking. Experiment with different cheese types for a unique twist. Brush the Pizza Bombs with garlic butter for an even richer flavor before baking.
