Ingredients
  

For the Nests
  • 200 grams Shredded Phyllo or Kataifi Pastry
  • 100 grams Pistachios, finely chopped Consider toasting for extra flavor.
  • 100 grams Chocolate, melted Can swap with dark chocolate or flavored chocolate.
  • 100 grams Butter, melted Ensure the pastry is completely coated for maximum crispiness.
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss shredded pastry with melted butter until coated evenly.
  3. Arrange small nests on the prepared baking sheet and shape gently with your fingers.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
Baking & Filling
  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Allow nests to cool completely, then fill the centers with melted chocolate.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze without the chocolate filling for extended storage.
