Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss shredded pastry with melted butter until coated evenly.
- Arrange small nests on the prepared baking sheet, shaping gently with your fingers.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
Baking
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Allow nests to cool completely, then fill the centers with melted chocolate.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. You can also refrigerate but consume within a week. Freezing is possible before filling with chocolate.
