Ingredients
  

For the nests
  • 200 grams Shredded Phyllo or Kataifi Pastry
  • 100 grams Pistachios, finely chopped
  • 100 grams Chocolate, melted
  • 100 grams Butter, melted Ensure butter is melted but not too hot
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Can add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss shredded pastry with melted butter until coated evenly.
  3. Arrange small nests on the prepared baking sheet, shaping gently with your fingers.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Allow nests to cool completely, then fill the centers with melted chocolate.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Refrigerate for longer storage but consume within a week. Freezing is an option before filling.
