Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Italian sausage Cooked until browned and drained
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded or sliced for topping

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Pasta

  • 8 ounces Pasta of choice Fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti recommended

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the marinara sauce and Alfredo sauce to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  • Season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder, and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook your choice of pasta according to package instructions.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce mixture, stirring to coat.

Serving

  • Serve Pink Pasta hot, topped with melted mozzarella cheese. Optionally garnish with fresh herbs like basil or parsley.

Notes

Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers to the sauce for extra nutrition. For a vegetarian option, omit the ground sausage and use sautéed mushrooms or roasted vegetables instead.
