Preparation

  • In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, chopped habanero peppers, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Once cooled, pour the sauce into a bottle or jar and store in the refrigerator.
