  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Granulated, brown, or a mix
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional, adds lovely flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted, for brushing

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out your pie crust scraps on a lightly floured surface until they’re about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut the rolled crust into desired shapes—think fun shapes for kids or classy strips for adult gatherings.
  4. Brush melted butter generously over the cut pieces.
  5. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt over the top.
  6. Place the pieces onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden and crisp.
  8. Let them cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes

Store baked scraps in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. Freeze for longer storage, reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for about five minutes.
