Ingredients
  

For the Lemonade

  • ¾ cup fresh lemon juice (from 4–5 lemons) Juice and strain out seeds.
  • cups cold water
  • ½ cup dill pickle brine
  • ⅓ to ½ cup sugar (to taste) Adjust sweetness based on preference.
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Dill pickle spears, optional for garnish

Preparation

  • Juice lemons and strain out seeds to get about ¾ cup juice.
  • In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, water, sugar, and pickle brine. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or brine as needed.
  • Chill in the fridge or serve immediately over ice.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and a pickle spear if desired.

Notes

Store any leftover Pickle Lemonade in the refrigerator for up to three days. While it’s best enjoyed fresh, you can freeze it in ice cube trays for future beverages. Thaw in the fridge, not the microwave, to preserve flavor.
