Preparation

  • Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds, spears, or chunks.
  • In a bowl, combine ranch dressing with a generous splash of pickle juice, adjusting to taste.
  • Toss the cucumber slices in the dressing until fully coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper, and toss gently.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, make this salad a few hours in advance. Serve on a bed of mixed greens or add crumbled feta for extra flavor.
