Ingredients
  

For the fries
  • 20 oz McCain Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries Cook according to package instructions until crispy.
For the steak mixture
  • 1 lb steak, thinly sliced Use a meat slicer or ask your butcher to thinly slice.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For sautéing.
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8-10 White American Cheese Slices Cover the steak mixture to melt the cheese.

Method
 

Cooking the fries
  1. Cook the waffle fries according to package instructions until crispy.
Preparing the steak mixture
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onion and green bell pepper until softened.
  2. Add the thinly sliced steak, garlic salt, and black pepper to the skillet, cooking until the steak is browned.
  3. Once the steak is cooked through, place the mixture over the cooked fries.
  4. Top generously with White American Cheese slices and cover to melt the cheese, cooking for a few minutes.
Serving

Notes
