  • 8 oz Egg noodles Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 lb Shaved ribeye steak Flavorful beef option.
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Use colorful varieties for better presentation.
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped.
Sauce and seasoning
  • 1 can Creamy sauce (e.g., cream of mushroom soup or cheese sauce) Choose your favorite creamy sauce.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Freshly ground is best.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and peppers, sautéing until softened.
  3. Add the shaved ribeye steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked noodles, meat mixture, and creamy sauce until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Serve hot.
