  4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before gently transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, store the cookies in an airtight container in the freezer and let them thaw for about 10 minutes before serving.
