Ingredients
  

For the dough

  • 3 lb frozen bread dough Thaw according to package instructions

For the filling

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter Melted
  • 3/4 tsp Italian seasoning blend
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 lb deli pepperoni slices
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Thaw the frozen bread dough according to package instructions.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Brush melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle the Italian seasoning blend and garlic salt.
  • Layer the pepperoni slices evenly over the dough, followed by the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, then pinch the edges to seal.
  • Cut the roll into individual pieces and place them on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftover pepperoni rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
