Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or oil the fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into strips.
  3. Layer two slices of pepperoni on each dough strip, add a mozzarella stick, brush with pizza sauce, and roll tightly.
  4. Use the beaten egg to seal the edges and brush the tops.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden, or fry until crisp.
