  • 1 sheet Pizza Dough or Crescent Roll Dough wraps the filling for a golden crust.
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce used for brushing and dipping.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil creates crisp, golden texture.
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder adds aromatic depth.
  • ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning infuses classic pizza herbs.
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese adds salty, nutty finish.
  • 1 Egg (beaten) seals and gives golden sheen.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or oil in fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out pizza dough and cut into strips.
  • Layer two slices of pepperoni on each dough strip, add a mozzarella stick, brush with pizza sauce, and roll tightly.
  • Use beaten egg to seal edges and brush tops.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden, or fry until crisp.
  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

Notes

Serve these sticks hot with pizza sauce or garlic butter for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze pre-baked for up to two months. Experiment with toppings for personalization.
