Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or oil the fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into strips.
- Layer two slices of pepperoni on each dough strip, add a mozzarella stick, brush with pizza sauce, and roll tightly.
- Use the beaten egg to seal the edges and brush the tops.
Cooking
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden, or fry until crisp.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

- Serve warm with pizza sauce or garlic butter for dipping.

For storing leftovers, place uneaten sticks in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer for crispiness.
