- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate each piece. Roll each one out and flatten it slightly.
- Place a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and a handful of mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough piece.
- Carefully fold the dough over the filling, making sure to seal it well to avoid any leaks during baking.
- Brush the tops of the dough bombs with the garlic butter mixture for added flavor and shine.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
